Spring II 2024 Six-Week
Livestream Yoga Series
Discover your strength, balance, and “peace of mind” this season with one of our 60-minute signature yoga classes taught in “real-time” (in the comfort of your home) for six weeks.
Note: For multiple sessions per week, please use the "My OM Experience" option below for discounted package rates.

My OM Experience
Create a custom, eight-week package (at a discounted rate) - with two or three livestream sessions per week during the current series. Note: classes are the same as those listed above. Simply choose your package, and indicate your practice style preference in the notes section at checkout.
Two Sessions Per Week Package = 12 Sessions
Three Sessions Per Week Package = 18 Sessions
Sunrise Sessions
Start your morning with an invigorating sunrise practice. Celebrate the spring season with four weeks of dynamic yoga sessions designed to help you stretch, twist, and flow into a brand-new day!

Self Care - Class Pass
Recharge from the hustle and bustle of the season with our single-session pass. We know you’re busy - but whenever a free moment opens up in your schedule for fun & fitness, we’ll be here. Join US for a Livestream offering with our new Virtual Class Pass program.

$5 Friday Fun Flow
We’re hosting two Livestream sessions designed to bring our amazing Yoga Friends together for a lively Fun Flow practice.
January 26th and February 23rd at 6 p.m.
