Power Flow.

Power Flow encourages you to “leave it all on the mat”. This deliciously energetic class blends aerobic sequences with heat-building asanas designed to help you decompress and tone the body in 60 mins.

Yin.

Explore the joys of stillness, with Yin Yoga. This deeply restorative practice, features seated & reclining asanas held for longer durations - designed to improve flexibility, range of motion and peace of mind.

Slow Burn.

Slow Burn is the place where you can peacefully discover your limits. Explore dynamic flows coupled with heat-building asanas (held for longer durations), yielding a strong body & serene state of mind.

Yin & Yang.

A practice style where “work and ease” join forces. Enjoy a unique blend of high-intensity sequences, followed by blissfully deep stretches - designed to help improve muscular endurance and flexibility.

Silver Serenity.

A safe and effective seated fitness program designed for older adults - featuring gentle poses and functional sequences that promote muscular strength, flexibility and balance. to support activities of daily living.

Bedtime Slow Flow.

Good sleep hygiene is essential for a sound restorative slumber. Our newest flow features relaxing sequences and deep stretches designed to calm the body and quiet the mind - just in time for bed!

Sunrise Yoga.

Rise & shine! Start your day with a deliciously dynamic practice that blends rhythmic sequences and invigorating asanas, designed to leave you feeling energized and ready for the day (no caffeine required).

Core Conditioning.
