Whether you’re new to the art of mindfulness or an avid practitioner, we’ve developed an informative three-day course designed to demystify the topic of mindfulness. Learn the basics through action, with guided meditation, focused breathing, and low & slow yoga sequences to help you cultivate “presence” during the holidays and beyond!

As we approach the start of a brand new year (filled with possibilities) this weekend workshop aims to introduce you to the benefits of setting positive intentions.. Whether you’re interested in cultivating creativity, adopting healthy lifestyle behaviors, or making time for moments of peace in 2025, we’ll explore techniques like vision board building, journaling, and SMART goal setting to help get your New Year up and running!

Are you new to yoga and don’t know where or how to start? We invite you to join US for an informative virtual workshop designed to demystify the practice.  Learn the history of yoga, injury prevention strategies, breath-work breakdown and the secret (physics) behind popular poses.

Join US for a weekend yoga program designed to celebrate and support women navigating menopause. This three-day experience will feature a mindful approach to this transformative journey - with an emphasis on cultivating calm, clarity, and confidence through gentle yoga, body awareness, and focused breathing.

Sunrise Sessions

Are you an early-riser?  Do you enjoy exercising before dawn? Well we have a treat for you.  Join US for an invigorating mini-power practice avaiable every Monday morning in February. Sessions will include flowing sequences, heat-building poses and just the right amount of stretches to help boost your mood and jump start your day (or weekend) one breath at a time.

Five-Day Yoga Sampler

Whether you’re new to yoga or interested in trying a different practice style, you’re invited to sample them all with a five-day, variety package - featuring our signature offerings including: Yin, Slow Burn, Gentle Flow, Power Flow & Yin Yang. You’ll receive one session per day to complete at your leisure.
