Mondays

7 a.m. - noon Personal Training In-Studio (Appointment Only)


Tuesdays

6 a.m. - 9 a.m. Personal Training In-Studio (Appointment Only)

11 a.m. Gentle Flow

6 p.m. Slow Burn CLOSED

7:15 p.m. Gentle Flow


Wednesdays

7 a.m. - 10 a.m. Personal Training In-Studio (Appointment Only)

6 p.m. Power Flow

7:15 p.m. Yin Yoga CLOSED


Thursdays

6 a.m. - 10 a.m. Personal Training In-Studio (Appointment Only)

11 a.m. Gentle Flow

12:15 p.m. Power Lunch

6 p.m. Healthy Backs CLOSED

7:15 p.m. Gentle Flow CLOSED


Fridays

6 a.m. - noon. Small Group Training In-Studio (Appointment Only)

4 p.m. - 9 p.m. RSVP Wellness Parties (Appointment Only)



Your eight-week series begins June 12th

Space is limited. Registration is required. Classes that do not make the participant minimum will be cancelled for the series. Once classes have reached capacity, they will be marked as “CLOSED”
